No Refunds Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of our products (customized, high-security novelty documents),&nbsp;<strong>all sales are final<\/strong>. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or money-back guarantees for any reason, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer error in providing incorrect information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissatisfaction with the final product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to use the product successfully<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Replacement Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We stand behind the quality of our work. If your document arrives and contains a&nbsp;<strong>manufacturing defect<\/strong>&nbsp;(misalignment, printing errors, or damage caused during production), you may qualify for a&nbsp;<strong>one-time replacement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions for Replacement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must report the issue\u00a0<strong>within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear, high-resolution photos of the defect must be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The defect must be our error, not caused by misuse or improper handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement requests after 7 days will be denied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved replacements will be re-produced and shipped at no additional cost. Shipping delays may occur during the replacement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Order Cancellation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can only be cancelled&nbsp;<strong>within 2 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of purchase. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping &amp; Delivery Issues<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a package is marked as \u201cDelivered\u201d by the carrier, we are not liable for non-receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For lost packages, we may offer a one-time replacement\u00a0<strong>only after<\/strong>\u00a0the shipping carrier\u2019s investigation period (usually 14\u201321 days) has concluded and they have declared the package lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prohibited Activities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any attempt to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>File a chargeback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open a PayPal dispute after agreeing to our terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026will result in immediate&nbsp;<strong>permanent ban<\/strong>&nbsp;from our services and may lead to legal action for fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
