Refund Policy And Returns.

At UVLegitZDocs.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to these terms.

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (customized, high-security novelty documents), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or money-back guarantees for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer error in providing incorrect information
  • Dissatisfaction with the final product
  • Failure to use the product successfully

2. Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your document arrives and contains a manufacturing defect (misalignment, printing errors, or damage caused during production), you may qualify for a one-time replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the defect must be provided.
  • The defect must be our error, not caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Replacement requests after 7 days will be denied.

Approved replacements will be re-produced and shipped at no additional cost. Shipping delays may occur during the replacement process.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for non-receipt.
  • For lost packages, we may offer a one-time replacement only after the shipping carrier’s investigation period (usually 14–21 days) has concluded and they have declared the package lost.

5. Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to:

  • File a chargeback
  • Dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider
  • Open a PayPal dispute after agreeing to our terms

…will result in immediate permanent ban from our services and may lead to legal action for fraud.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
